Sub and Super Structure
The framework (foundations, beams, columns and slabs) will be made with reinforced concrete. Waterproofing and adequate drains will be provided on the roof and on the balconies.
Walls Externally and internally hollow bricks, 30x20x10cm. Internal walls will be 10cm thick and external 20cm.
Plastering and Painting Internally 3 coats rendering and white emulsion paint. Externally 3 coats rendering, stabilizer and white sandex paint.
Flooring Ceramic tiles will be placed in all areas, both externally and internally, with a retail price of CYP8.00- per sq.m.
Wall Tiles Glazed or ceramic tiles on kitchen, bathroom and toilette walls with a retail price of CYP8.00- per sq.m.
Sanitary Fittings All sanitary fittings together with taps and other accessories will not cost more than CYP600-.
Railings Balcony railings will be made of 'A' class aluminium.
Wardrobes, Cupboards and Kitchen The doors of the bedroom wardrobes and of the kitchen cupboards will be made with varnished beech veneer while the remaining parts will be made of melamine. The cost will be CYP90- per meter length for the cupboards and CYP90- per square meter for the wardrobes. The working surface of the kitchen will be the standard prefabricated slab which is included in the quotes above. The cost for the sink together with the tap will be CYP70-. Cupboard handles will be approximately CYP1.00- each
Doors and Windows Sliding doors and windows will be made of double glazed white aluminium. Internal doors will be made of varnished beech veneer and will cost CYP110- each including their frame. Door handles will be approximately CYP5.00- each.
Hot Water and Plumbing Solar & Electric system consisting of a tank, a boiler and solar panels will be placed on the roof with a total cost of CYP400-. The pipe in pipe method will be used.
Electrical Installations Electrical points for ceiling lights will be placed in every room. Two double sockets of 13A will be placed in every room (open plan living room layouts count as 3 rooms). In the living room and the master bedroom there will be points for television and telephone. In the kitchen there will be points for electric cooker, oven, extractor, fridge and washing machine. Doorbell. One electrical provision for air-conditioning will be placed in every room.
Other 1. There will be a tap in each garden or balcony. 2. The sewerage system will comply with the standards set by the local authorities. 3. There will be a wall around the perimeter of the gardens allocated to ground floor apartments.
