Sunrise Villas and Bungalows - THE PROJECT | ||||||||||

Our new project of villas and bungalows is located on the seafront of Ayia Thekla and Potamos
area and it consists of villas and bungalows with two, three and four bedrooms.
Part of the project is adjacent to the 'beach protection zone', therefore, according to
the current building regulations, nothing can be built in front of it.
There are 6 different types of properties to choose from:
Artemis Bungalows with 2 bedrooms featuring a circular bedroom (similar to the image below, right). Aphrodite Bungalows with 3 bedrooms featuring a circular bedroom (image below, right). Calypso Bungalows with 2 bedrooms (image to the right). Athena Villas with 3 bedrooms (image below). Nefeli Villas with 3 bedrooms. Rea Villas with 4 bedrooms (image above).
